Ingredients:
"Osushiya Mongo" | 150 g |
Japanese Ichimi Chili Pepper | a pinch |
Soy Sauce | (to taste) |
Ginger, grated | (to taste) |
Wasabi | (to taste) |
Toppings:
Cooking instruction:
1. Slice "Osushiya Mongo" to about 3mm thickness.
2. Place on two serving plates and sprinkle Ichimi Chili Pepper.
3. Serve with Soy Sauce & Wasabi, or grated Ginger.
